    The Troy service department is friendly and professional. My meeting was running extremely late, I called to see if they could drop my key off at the front. The manager stated, we can deliver your car and leave the keys at the front. Now that is EXCEPTIONAL customer service 😊

    Had my car towed to the dealership after it died while driving on the interstate. Tried starting it and it would rattle and vibrate. Died every time I put it in gear. Picked my car up the next day and told they couldn't find anything wrong it drove fine and the no warning lights came on after they had cleared them. It might not be the mechanic's fault my car had a "glitz" but now I'm afraid to drive it too far from home.
