    As far as the actual work performed, I assume everything was done properly, or I hope so. My concerns I have was the lack of detail in my opinion. My car is a 2025 Corvette, HTC, 3LT, so not one of the cheaper cars, however that shouldn't matter. It had finger prints on the interior, hand prints on the front glass, and on the top of the car. To me clearly oily hands that were not cleaned after doing the oil/filter and transmission filter service. Feet/shoes which were also dirty were drug across sill and not lifted out of the car without dragging and kicking the door panels. (Dirty marks etc) The software that was also apparently done as a recall had been updated on May 31 at my home for the tail light failure indication, so why was it done again? Lastly when i went to get into car, the plastic protective covering of the seat was completely off the seat, the floor paper, the steering wheel protective plastic, was all left in the car? The attention to details for me would be that these items would be removed prior to my pick up, maybe greasy hand prints cleaned etc. It makes me wonder if the same level of attention was done for the oil change, or removing the cover underneath of the car for the transmission filter change? Was all the bolts properly tightened? Unfortunately I feel the need to check at this point, because it you cant do the small things that make a dealership top notch, most likely not doing the other things properly.

    Wasn't told the charge up front for service then told by service advisor that yes he said it so therefore implying I am lying. Wouldn't have spent 500.00 so I know he didn't. It's fine I will go else where to purchase my wife's car and service for my truck. No the service manager didn't make things any better.
