    Wasn't told the charge up front for service then told by service advisor that yes he said it so therefore implying I am lying. Wouldn't have spent 500.00 so I know he didn't. It's fine I will go else where to purchase my wife's car and service for my truck. No the service manager didn't make things any better.

    I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I arrived on time for an oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush. My truck took over 3 hours, which I find excessive for having an appointment. When I got home I saw that my engine light was now on. I was now in a time crunch to make a business meeting and when I called the service department I really didn’t feel like my problem was going to be given priority attention so I ended up taking the truck somewhere else to get diagnosed which cost me an additional $100.

    Tim Hakenwerth helped us start to finish with the purchase of our 2026 Chevrolet Trax! We had test driven a Trax and Tim went over all options and packages to find the best vehicle in our price range. He was able to secure a vehicle for us from another dealership with the exact color and packages we wanted and kept us informed every step of the process! We also wanted leather seating and a hitch put on back, that was completed and we were thrilled with the result. Mike in financing gave us all our financing options and had all the paperwork completed in a timely manner He was very helpful! Before leaving the dealership with our new car, Tim reviewed the features with us - extremely helpful as so many of the features are accessed through the computer menu on the dash. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Jim Trenary Chevrolet Troy, Tim securing the exact vehicle we wanted both times. His great customer service , professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles are an asset to Jim Trenary Chevrolet Troy and we appreciate his help in this purchase!

    Took over 2 hours for an oil change. I also told the guy about 45 minutes into waiting that I did not need my tires rotated as they are very big and I was not ready for them to be rotated and he told me well they have probably already started then went on about business line I was not there. Lastly when my truck was finally done and brought around I stood in the receiving Bay Area and it seemed like I was invisible one employee sitting in the chair and acted like I was not there and waited for the other person who was dealing with a different customer all in all I was not happy with the service and I pay for a maintenance package
